Tobias in sonic boom, redesigned.  I was trying to go for that style the sonic boom cast has.  and i think it looks really good. :)

i think this design is better and now that i added goggles, since he flies at top speeds.

plus,  he has four fingers than five.  like ristar, tobias now has four fingers.
